"Let’s start with the obvious / I was hesitant to switch to State Farm when I reached out based on Jordan’s recommendation on the neighborhood app. Other companies hadn’t lowered my rates, so I wasn’t expecting much. But not only did State Farm lower my rates, they’ve continued to impress me with their customer service. Over the last couple of months, I had some hiccups with my debit card and auto-payments. Despite that, they worked with me and kindly accepted my payments without issue. They even answered my text messages on the weekend when I was worried about a late payment. (Thank you, Jordon and the twoYoung ladies that help me month after month) They’ve gone above and beyond to help me and my family, and we’re now saving money. If I were you, I’d shoot them a quick text and ask for a quote. Worst case, your price stays the same. Best case? You save money like I did. Sounds like a win-win to me!!!"
